As a qualified instructor of Mental Health First aid, I am excited to be able to roll out our newest training course for Intrinsic Mind. Ever since I completed my 2 day MHFA course, I fell in love with the content, the scope and what it is all about, and I am sure you will too. Intrinsic Mind's philosophy is of holistic health and wellness, which not only includes physical health, but mental health and wellness also. Thus, the Mental Health First Aid courses we deliver aligns perfectly with our values and we are thrilled to be able to now offer it to you.
