Technique 1 - Shoulder Press
Video Length = 2 minutes
Technique 2 - Rolling pin
Video Length = 2 minutes
This point is located on the gallbladder meridian, at the base of the neck and at the highest points of the shoulders on either side of the body. You can apply direct pressure to this point for about a minute to the place where it is most tender or using this rolling pin motion in a massage to release. We say that this is the hill side of the neck and shoulder (away from bone) called Shoulder Well (English) and Jian Jing (Chinese), this point proves to be effective for dizziness, and for chest-related problems such as asthma and cough as well.
Acupressure Gall Bladder 21 Point is useful to assist the release in stiffness of shoulder, back pain and arthritis of hand & arm. Credit for this picture goes to: https://holisticzine.com/pressure-points-for-headaches |

Technique 6 - Spring Rolls - Knee Shoulder
Video Length = 3 minutes
Technique 7 - Back Massage
Video Length = 4.5 minutes
Sen Ittha-Pingkhala runs in two parallel lines from the nostril openings down the back of the head, alongside the spine, across the hips and around the outside of the thighs, circling the knees and ending on either side of the navel.
Ittha–Pingkhala is the only sen line that runs down the back. It is associated with old emotional weight that we carry and can make one feel bowed. It connects many areas of chronic issue for people, and affects: back pain, sciatica, headaches, stiff neck, shoulder pain, nasal obstruction, restless legs, and knee pain. Ittha-Pingkhala sessions are 90 minutes of deep relaxation incorporating passive lying on the back, sides, and seated. Gentle stretching of the legs and neck and deep work under the shoulder blades make this series incredibly enjoyable. Many people report excellent sleep afterwards. Credit for this photo goes to:
