Studio Hire (8 hours) - $180
$30 deposit required at time of booking with full payment required no later than a week before hire commencement

Hosting of Events
We also host events, which means we will advertise, boost and promote your event through our Social Media Platforms. This gets great exposure to our already existing clients and relieves the marketing headaches. Of course it is always good to be doing your own Social Media Marketing, this is just another option. You do not pay for hire of the space in this case, we take a split of all earnings 70/30, or there are other options that can be discussed upon contact.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations
The cancellation fees are as follows:
i. More than 4 weeks’ notice until hire date – full return of deposit
ii. Less than 4 weeks’ notice until hire date – no return of deposit
iii. Once payments made in full, 1 week before scheduled date - if cancellation is required, there will be no refund
Rescheduling
Clients who request to reschedule the agreed hire dates, will be charged a fee as per the cancellation policy above.

Care of Premises
The hirer must leave the premises in a clean condition and all goods, properties or materials brought in by the hirer must be removed from the premises. The premises must be vacated by the time specified due to the space being used for regular Yoga/Pilates classes.
We pride ourselves on our beautiful studio and like to make it as welcoming as possible for each of our members, hirers and participants. A post-venue hire checklist will need to be filled out each time you hire the space to ensure the studio is left clean and tidy. There will be one available to you at the studio, or you can download one from here.

Damage of Facility
The hirer shall not damage or suffer to be damaged any portion of the facility including buildings, furniture, equipment, fittings and grounds. The hirer hereby agrees to indemnify Intrinsic Mind for any damage sustained to the studio during the currency of the agreement where such damage was reasonably preventable by the hirer. Should the venue not be in an acceptable condition at the completion of the hire period, Intrinsic Mind will bill the hirer for any additional costs.
Non-Intrinsic Mind Property
Property not belonging to Intrinsic Mind and located at the studio during the currency of the agreement shall be so located at the owner’s risk. Intrinsic Mind shall have no responsibility for its safety.
***PLEASE NOTE***
It is mandatory for anyone hiring the studio that they have Professional Indemnity Insurance AND a current First Aid certificate (First Aid - if holding classes relating to movement and cooking where foods or drink are consumed).
Please ensure that a copy of both these valid certificates are accompanied with this agreement and/or emailed to: myintrinsicmind@gmail.com
