How to Improve Yourself Every Day
Hello again!
Today I want to talk about how you can improve yourself for the better.
Trying to improve yourself can be difficult. It takes persistence and will power to overcome your current behaviors. However, it can be done. Taking steps every day is the key.
Here are a few ideas you can do every day.
· Create a schedule that puts your goals on your to-do list.
· Stop taking things personally. Worry about your needs and actions, not what others say, do or act.
· Get a yearly physical exam.
· Drink plenty of water and cook your own meals.
· Exercise or move in some way every day.
· Read an inspiring book.
· Set your priorities right.
· Network with people who inspire you or are more successful than you.
· Refresh your soul. Meditate, do yoga. Take a walk out in nature. Do something that releases stress and makes you feel calm.
· Spend time envisioning your success.
· Challenge yourself. Create a challenge to improve yourself in some way by a certain date.
· Confront your fears. Get out of your comfort zone and face your fears.
You don’t have to take drastic steps to improve yourself. You can see measurable results by taking small steps every day.
Create the Life you Want in As Little at 10 minutes a Day
Today I want to talk to you about ways you can begin creating the life you want in as little as 10 minutes a day.
There are many ways you can create the life you want. Not all the things you do have to take a long time. Here is a list of things you can do each day that only takes 10 minutes or less to do.
Look at your vision board. Feel into its inspiration.
Read positive affirmations that get you excited, motivated and feeling good.
Visualize your life as you want to be in the future.
Take a catnap. If you’re energy seems to lag by late afternoon, take a 10-minute nap to re-energize yourself.
Learn something new or begin learning something new. Take up a new language and practice for ten minutes a day.
Spend time with friends and family with a quick coffee break or uplifting phone call.
Breathe away stress. Spend 10 minutes taking deep, releasing breaths to clear your mind and body of any stresses you are feeling.
Practice gratitude. Write down what you are grateful for right now. Gratitude gives you a mental boost by reminding you what good you already have in your life.
A Simple Method to Gain Clarity on Your Vision Board Goals
Are you having trouble gaining clarity on your vision board goals? Does it seem like your wants are more like needs instead?
Here is a simple method you can try to gain clarity on your vision board goals. It’s called mind mapping. Creating a mind map is a way of brainstorming ideas, thoughts, and plans so you can see where you want to focus or what needs to be done.
Mind mapping is a lot like brainstorming. It’s an exercise, in thinking, that has both written and visual components that help you get those gears turning.
Create a mind map of everything you want in your life.
Begin by doing a total brain dump. This is good if you’ve got a million thoughts and ideas running around your head. Simply put everything down in a mind map app or on paper.
Then you can sort out what gets you excited and has more ideas.
For example, maybe you want to change your business focus but aren’t sure to what. Put your main goal in the center then all the services you might want to offer radiating outward from there. Then branching out from there, add salient points that support the services.
The same technique can be used to gain clarity on your life purpose goals, health goals, career changes, or any other goals you want to gain clarity on.
Mind mapping can help you see which ones you are excited about and which ones you can leave out.
