This is a journey from the heart of Jen Ince.
Jen has tried many times to lose weight and keep it off. Now with some new tools and techniques she has decided to share her journey live and throw herself right out there. Stepping way outside her comfort zone to assist and help others with a healthy way in which we can approach shedding the fat.
This is not a weight loss journey, this is the "Intrinsic Mind Wellness - Better choice journey" giving you a lot of tools and tips along the way. The first thing we look at this week is the Cause and Effect equation, along with goal setting in a way that has you reaching your goals 100% of the time. Be careful what you wish for! because these goals WILL BE REALITY and come to fruition a lot of the time, before you even expected. How exciting would that be....
Follow the journey, join the feeds and keep an eye out for the Membership site being released soon. Everything taught and spoken about will be available online, through live events, forums and much more. We can become a community of like minded people looking for the truth behind the better choice living.
Remember, it is not a weight LOSS journey, as the negativity of LOSS, has the connotation that we need to find it again. So guess what happens? we find the loss and put the weight back on again. We will be looking at NLP Techinques / Hypnotherapy as tools to look at Neurological Patterns of the brain (the way we think) and also Language to understand our own internal representation (what are our strategies and blocks).
This is a year journey, soooooooo buckle up and enjoy the ride.
