Sunday – 9th December
Righto, another week and yet another stalemate with the scales. That’s 3 weeks in a row at 88.8 kg. Although it’s not a loss or a gain, I really need to start moving downwards on the scale.

I have however, had a little loss with the measurements with 0.5 cm off my chest and 1 cm off my waist which is great, so I guess I will take whatever loss I get 😊
It is time to do something about this as although I am not gaining, I really need to keep moving forward with my Better Choice Journey, which includes weight loss. So yep, I am going to lose 2.8 kg this week and get down to 86 kg by next weigh in on the 16th December. All with the help of the magic of goal setting. I hope you found the video interesting and that you have set your goals too 😊 Be sure to keep an eye out for our goal setting workshop.
It was a lovely day today, I got to catch up with mum and dad and we got to take them to one of our favourite brunch places – The Loose Caboose where we enjoyed some delicious food yet again. If you haven’t made your way there yet, please check it out. You won’t be disappointed.
Monday – 10th December
Well not much happening today, I have work this afternoon and a few errands to run on the lead up to Christmas. It is always a busy time of the year, I hope you are all more organized than me.
Nil exercise today and food was pretty good. I am trying to only eat when I am hungry as I have been finding that I am heading back into old habits where I eat for the sake of eating and my portion sizes have been getting bigger and bigger. It is time to reset again.
Tuesday – 11th December
Well a lovely day off work today, a good opportunity to catch up with university work and settle into the next study period. I am excited that it is my last one before completing my Bachelor, very exciting.
Food again was pretty good, only eating when hungry and being a Tuesday night, it is tennis night. It is always great fun to catch up with my team members and fellow tennis friends and was actually a beautiful night. The sunset was just incredible, Mother Nature at her best. I hope you guys enjoyed the sky too.
Wednesday – 12th December
Another day off work and today I decided to have a relaxing day of not much at all, it was great. I know we have a busy time coming up over the Christmas period, so I am super excited to have a day of relaxing. In fact, I even did my toes today, so hopefully when I get on the scales on Sunday, you won’t have to see my ugly, chipped toenails again :-D

Well my 2 days off are over and I have to head back to work this afternoon….BOOOO, they go so quickly. Today I decided to get on the bike and catch up on some Sunrise and morning news while exercising. It was actually pretty good, I did 45 minutes and burnt over 500 calories which was great. I felt awesome doing so to. Food was pretty good today too which is awesome. I love getting back into the swing of things again 😊

Yet another arvo shift today so I had time to get back on the bike again in the morning. Not as long this time but it was good to get back on again. Just 30 minutes this time and burnt 310 calories. Gotta keep that motivation and momentum going and am actually enjoying every second of it 😊

Saturday – 15th December
Aaahhh back to days off and I get to enjoy the weekend (WOOHOO) gotta love weekends 😊 last one for us before we get so super crazy busy, so will enjoy every second of it.
Even had time today to sneak in some sax playing which is always good for my soul. I feel really good today, even got into the Christmas spirit playing along to a whole bunch of Christmas tunes. Not long to Christmas now….EEEK!!! I hope you are all more organised than I am.
No exercise today, just decent food but feel really good. Big day tomorrow, that’s right, it’s weigh in day and it is time to see how well my goal setting worked.
In Conclusion
I have had a really good week this week. I feel great, much more motivated and I feel the momentum is swinging back into my favour again. I know that the next few weeks are going to be a big challenge due to all the Christmas and new year cheer we engage in, so to kick start it with achieving my goal of 86 kg will definitely set me up.
