It's all about the abs - Pilates Slides
As we connect our spine with the earth, drawing belly through to spine, tucking rib cage in, we connect full body weight through the feet, take in a nice big inhale through nose, exhale mouth and slide the hands up the thighs toward the knees.
Be sure to leave space between the chin and neck as you lift up.
This is a fabulous exercise to tone the abdominals.
