Pilates Side Leg Lifts

Bums of steal with these leg lifts

Glut burn with this exercise.  Wonderful for toning up the outer thighs, buttox, arms and belly.
As you activate the core here, stay nice and long in the arms as you stabilise into your tabletop.  Focus on neck and spine alignment as you inhale the leg out to the side of the body and exhale back down.

Focus on the breath inhale nose, exhale mouth.

Try 4 x sets of 20 lifts on each leg and you will see a difference if done regularly.
