Get rid of the love handles with Pilates Side flies
This move will help tone your sides and break the formation of the tires of your waist. Lie on your back, knees twisted and feet level on the floor, with your arms at your sides. Breathe out and contract your abs as you slide your left hand toward your left foot. Try not to tuck your chin toward your chest, you want space for an apple under the chin. Repeat this move for about 10 times on each side.
Eg Inhale right, exhale left 10 x 4 sets - Then inhale left, exhale right 10 x 4 sets
