Pilates High Bridge - inner thigh and glute work

Inner thighs and glutes - high Bridge

This exercise can be done from the Scapula meaning we lower the top part of the body until the shoulders touch the ground, drawing in our ribs. Or you can press high into the shoulders (not too high if you are overly bendy).

The movement is using the entire power house, glutes squeezed, thighs squeezed and the core switched on "belly" hugs through to spine.

​Try and do 20 x 8 sets
